About US

So who are we exactly? Well, we're the Mindzaks!! :) A Christ-centered family, part Slovakian, part Canadian, living in the States at the moment. 

First, let's meet the Man of the House, Robert:























As you can see, he absolutely loves his national food: Bryndzove Halusky (aka Dumplings with Sheep Cheese).
That's the pure "Slovakian" part of our family! :) Rob is an amazing husband and father; he enjoys spending time in God's Word, playing tennis and pretending he speaks Hungarian! Rob is from the eastern part of Slovakia and tries to teach me how to speak their special language... I'm sorry, not gonna happen, hun!!:))


Next up, the wifeee, also known as Veronica,

Yep, that's pretty much me - goofin' off, pointing to that which I want people to notice the least :)) I absolutely LOVE being active outdoors, but as much as it's hard for me to sit down, I REALLY enjoy reading a good book - mostly on theology (especially from the good ol' Founding Fathers). I'm also loving being a stay-at-home-mommy - it sure brings many challenges, but when else would a woman truly cry out in brokenness to her Saviour to be her all in all? :) And that brings me to: tam-da-da-daaaa, drum-roll please.....


Our sweet lil' munchkin Vivienne Tiana....

Now seriously, LOOK AT THIS FACE!! Can you say CUTE?!?! Vivie turned 2 in May, so you can imagine all the fun we have with this little girl!! :) She loves to dance and sing, and cuddle with her mommy right before she goes to bed. She also LOVES to color, read, play with playdough and jump, jump, jump!!
She's our little monkey-girl :)


We have one more precious addition to the family, but you'll have to wait a little while to get a good picture!!;) Soooo exciting though!!! God is sooo GOOD!!!
